Yes. Single galleries are available to businesses and private persons – e.g. for your wedding, a birthday, a christening or an anniversary. Just choose “private person” when you sign up. As a consumer you have the statutory right of withdrawal. The Starter and Business plans are for businesses only.

No. You can also run a gallery with guest uploads only – ideal for wedding planners, venues, DJs or event agencies. Or upload photos from a folder on any Windows PC, e.g. straight from your camera as a photographer.

No. The upload package uses the PowerShell built into Windows 10 and 11. You unzip it, start it with a double-click and pick the photo folder – done.

Any software that saves photos as files in a folder. If your software saves to several subfolders (e.g. originals and prints), you decide per folder whether it goes into the gallery, is for you only or is ignored. Besides photos (JPG, PNG), GIFs and videos (MP4, MOV) are uploaded too – e.g. boomerangs – and play right in the gallery.

The photos stay in the folder and are uploaded automatically as soon as the internet is back – even up to 3 days after the event, as long as they were taken during the upload window.

No. Guests scan the QR code and see the gallery in their browser. To upload their own photos, they just enter the PIN you print on the sign.

By default during the 24-hour upload window – or, if you like, a few days longer or until the gallery ends. Guest uploads can be turned on or off per gallery, and you can review photos before they’re published. The hosts can delete any photo.

The gallery still accepts such photos for up to 3 days after the upload window ends. You don’t need to do anything: the upload package uploads them automatically as soon as it runs again. Photos taken after the upload window don’t go into the gallery.

Yes. With approval turned on, new guest photos only appear once you or the host have approved them. If you switch it off, all waiting photos are published automatically.

Yes. In addition to the main booth you can add more upload sources in your customer area – e.g. “Booth entrance” or “Photographer”. Each gets its own upload package, and all upload into the same gallery at the same time. Each photo shows where it came from, and guests can filter by source.

Photo challenges are small tasks for the guests, e.g. “Best dance move”. Guests pick a challenge when uploading, and the gallery can be filtered by it. In the digital guest book guests write messages, with a photo if they like – even before the event on the preview page. The host can save the guest book as a PDF, and the messages can appear in the slideshow.

If you turn on automatic sorting, clearly blurry photos and guest photos uploaded twice are hidden. Nothing is deleted: you and the host see them under “Sorted out” and can show them again with one click.

Deleted photos first go to the trash and can be restored at any time. With “Empty trash”, you or the host can remove them permanently right away – otherwise they are deleted together with the gallery.

When shared via WhatsApp, Signal or Messenger, a preview with the gallery’s title appears automatically. If you like, it also shows the most-liked photo – this is off by default for privacy reasons.

20 or 30 days from the start of the event – you choose when you buy. You can extend a 20-day gallery to 30 days for € 4,00 before it expires. In a plan, every gallery stays online for 30 days. 2 days before deletion you get a reminder so you can download everything as a ZIP first.

The gallery appears entirely in your branding – with no mention of pic2gether. Your customers only see you.

No. Every gallery is available individually for € 7,90 – with no running costs. If you run events regularly, you save with Starter (€ 19,90/month or € 199,00/year, up to 3 galleries a month) or Business (€ 29,90/month or € 299,00/year, unlimited within fair use). Both can be cancelled monthly or at the end of the plan year, and white label is included.

Yes. Once you’ve booked 5 single galleries, you get 10% off every further one, and 15% from 10 booked galleries. It’s applied automatically at checkout. Plan galleries don’t count towards it.

New photos and guest book entries are checked automatically by AI. If a photo may show nudity or a message contains insults, it goes into quarantine: guests can’t see it until you or the host approve or delete it. You get an e-mail about it. Per gallery you choose whether only guest content, everything or nothing is checked.

Yes, once per gallery – up to 24 hours before the date and to no later than 12 months after booking. The upload window and duration move along automatically.
