Why an online gallery belongs with every photo booth
Guests want their photo booth pictures on their phones right away – to look at, share and keep. Prints get lost, USB sticks and download links by e-mail arrive days later. With a live gallery, every photo is there for everyone while the event is still running.
For you as an operator, the gallery is an add-on you can sell to your customers – and one more reason to book you rather than the competition.
Works with any photo booth software
pic2gether simply watches the folder your photo booth saves to. You put a small upload package for Windows 10 and 11 into the photo folder and start it with a double-click – no installation needed. A dot next to the clock shows whether everything is running.
- Photos as JPG and PNG, plus GIFs and videos such as boomerangs (MP4, MOV)
- Several photo booths or cameras in one gallery
- Show or hide subfolders individually, e.g. for raw files
- If the internet goes down, photos are uploaded automatically later
Your branding instead of someone else’s advertising
You set logo, colours, font and photo layout per gallery and save them as a template for future events. With white label, the gallery shows no reference to pic2gether at all – your customers only see you. If you like, you can also embed the gallery in your own website.
More than just photo booth pictures
- Guests add their own phone photos via QR code and PIN
- Live slideshow with QR code for any screen at the event
- Digital guest book and photo challenges
- Host access with PIN: delete photos and download everything as a ZIP
- Automatic AI check holds back inappropriate photos and texts
Privacy that suits events
Each gallery has a link that cannot be guessed and is blocked for search engines. Photos are stored on servers in Germany and deleted automatically when the period ends – with a reminder beforehand. Up to 20 GB of storage is available per gallery.
