Share photos via QR code – it’s that easy

One QR code is all it takes: guests scan it with their phone camera and land straight in the event gallery. There they see every photo live and can add their own – no app, no account, no password chaos.

Why a QR code beats a link

A link has to be sent – and for that you need phone numbers or e-mail addresses. A QR code simply hangs at the event: on a sign next to the photo booth, on the tables or in the slideshow. Every guest gets into the gallery in seconds, even if they don’t know anyone.

The ready-made sign to print

For each gallery, pic2gether creates a sign with a QR code to the gallery, a QR code and PIN for guest uploads, active photo challenges and a short privacy note. Just print it and put it up.

What guests can do after scanning

  • View all photos live – new ones appear without reloading
  • Upload their own phone photos with the PIN
  • Like photos and – if allowed – download them
  • Leave a message in the guest book
  • Add the gallery to the home screen and open it full screen

Private stays private

The link behind the QR code is random and cannot be guessed, and the gallery is blocked for search engines. You decide per gallery whether guests may download photos. When the period ends, everything is deleted automatically.

FAQ

FAQ

Does the QR code work with every phone?

Current iPhones and Android phones recognise QR codes directly with the camera app. The gallery runs in any modern browser.

Do guests need an account?

No. The QR code is enough to view, and the PIN from the sign is needed to upload.

How much does a gallery cost?

A single gallery costs € 7,90 and stays online for 20 days, or € 11,90 for 30 days. There is no subscription and no running costs. Businesses that run events regularly save with the Starter and Business plans.
